How does asos clothes fit

I am considering ordering something from Asos for the first time and have a couple of questions for those of you have experience with them. First, have you found their sizing accurate?

Any pointers on sizing up or down? Second, has your customer experience with them been good? If you've purchased from them before, will you do so again? Anything else I should consider with this online retailer? I've had great ASOS shopping experiences. Their size charts are pretty accurate, the quality is good - and they ship free both ways.

I'm a big fan of their runway videos - they can't cheat as much to make the clothes fit perfectly! I recently purchased two tops from Asos and found the size charts quite helpful. The size chart directed me to 3 sizes up from my US size size 2 to a size 8 and that worked nicely for me. I have not had to return anything yet so I cannot speak about returning. I just placed my first order a few days ago, so I'm waiting on pins and needles to see what happens.
